Visiting Nurse Home & Hospice is your independent, local agency that brings home care nursing, rehabilitation therapies, palliative care, hospice, and community clinics to patients and families at home and in community settings. Founded in Newport in 1950, we deliver award-winning patient care to everyone who needs us.

From our offices in Portsmouth and North Kingstown, Rhode Island, we employ more than 200 healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, physical/ occupational/speech-language therapists, medical social workers, registered dietitians, pharmacists, and certified nursing assistants, who know the physicians, pharmacies, and resources in your local area.
